Eleven Months

Baby boy, you are eleven months old and what a blessing you are! You bring such joy to our lives. This has been a full month for you with moving into our new home, but you have taken the change so well. You love playing with your toys in your new bedroom, and I can tell you love having all that space to play in. You have learned so much this past month, like clapping your hands, standing without hanging on, and waving bye. You also started giving kisses, which melts my heart! You usually “crash” at bedtime because you have been so busy throughout the day, learning new things and crawling everywhere. It’s been so fun to watch you discover the world around you—there’s something new to learn each day. You are so expressive, and are always making silly faces at people to make them laugh. You love your Daddy, and your favourite word to say is “Dadda” or “Daddy” (sometimes you scream it loudly!). You love the bathtub and your swimming pool—you’re such a water baby just like your Mama was. You have six teeth right now, and it was hard work getting them through! I love your sweet smile when you show your little teeth. You are such a joy and bring so much laughter to our home. I love you, Samuel.
