Niequist brings her readers a daily devotional packed full of truth and the occasional homemade recipe. Bound in a linen cover with navy-edged pages, this book is beautiful from the outside in.
With Shauna’s truth-speaking way of writing, she provides her readers with 365 devotionals that are short and sweet; easy to read in the morning or evening. Each day has a title, a bible verse, a short devotion and a question or two to ponder. This devotional is perfect for busy women who are in need of a short devotional for their busy lives, or for women who simply need extra encouragement. Niequist challenges her readers to think about life a little differently, and to come alive through the power of Christ.
Bottom Line: While not heavily theological, these devotions are perfect for a little pick-me-up, and definitely helpful for those newer in their faith journey. This is a beautiful devotional jam-packed with truth – a perfect addition to your daily reading material.
